1 — Acceptance

Opening an account, depositing funds or placing a bet on Romibet.com means you accept these Terms, the Privacy and Cookie Notices, any live bonus rules and each game’s house rules. If a promotion contradicts a clause here, the promotion governs that offer. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the site.

2 — Player Eligibility

Age & law: You must be at least 19 years old (18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec) and permitted to gamble online where you live. Canadian play is authorised only under Criminal Code § 207 and by your provincial regulator. Excluded locations: Residents or visitors from jurisdictions listed in the live “Excluded Jurisdictions” register may not open or use an account.

3 — Account Rules

• One account per person, household, email, phone and IP. Duplicates are closed and winnings void.
• Keep login details private; actions after login are deemed yours.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold.
• Inactive for 180 days? A €5 (CAD equivalent) monthly fee applies until you log in or the balance hits zero.
• You may close an account with a zero balance at any time; the Company may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion.
